New Wii channel dedicated to Mario Cart. I read it first here. Looks like there will be 16 new courses and 16 old ones. The channel will let Wii users compete in tournaments and also show their worldwide rankings. Look for the new channel to debut on April 27 which is also the release US release date for Mario Kart for the Wii.

Just in time for Easter I found this post. You wouldn’t think Churches would use a Mii but I guess they’re going after the gamer crowd.

I have not checked out this game but I do read the Firefox Facts blog. Firefox for those not geeky enough is a web browser like IE, but better. Check out this article: Firefox Mentioned in Smash Bros.

Hello, everyone. My name is Satoru Iwata, President of Nintendo Co., Ltd. As you may already know, some time ago I began conducting a series of interviews explaining the vision behind Wii. Now I’d like to continue that process to help explain the thinking and planning behind our new product, Wii Fit.

Over the course of the next few weeks we will hear from those who were actually involved in the development of this title. Given that I will be interviewing my own employees, I admit this is a somewhat interesting experiment, but by talking face-to-face with them, I hope to convey why we believe this is such an important product.
